1. How do I know what products are in stock?
Our full product line is available to order directly from our web page. Occasionally some products may be very temporally out of stock and will be marked as such.


2. How do I know when some of your product lines are on sale?
We will usually advertise when certain of our products are on sale. There is an on-sale section on our website that will keep you up to date with all special offers etc.

3. What is the preferred method of payment?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master card, American Express, EC card, etc. as well as Bank transfer, Western Union and Money Gram.


4. How safe is it to use my credit card over the Web?
Our website site uses Paypal, the industry standard and safest way to do business over the internet. All credit card details are encrypted by Paypal in a secure host environment. Chiggychin does not keep/process your card details on our site. For more information check out www.paypal.com.

5. How will I know if my order has been processed?
Once you place your order on the webpage you will receive an immediate automatic email confirming your order. Our dedicated sales team will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

6. What if I do not receive my complete order?
Should you encounter difficulties with our web page order system or receive an incorrect order, don’t hesitate to contact our sales team who would be happy to sort out any problems you are having.


7. Can you deliver to post office box numbers?
Unfortunately we can not deliver to PO. box numbers as all deliveries need to be signed for.
